Report a Claim

If it is after normal business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday), you can report a claim directly to any of our representative companies.

The contact information for each of the companies is listed below. If you have a claim during normal business hours please call us at 803-781-4700.

If you report a claim after hours please contact our office the following work day so that we can help you follow up and expedite the claim process.

If you have water, fire or smoke damage and need immediate attention please try to report the claim first. You should then call a 24-hour disaster service company that can help you with the problem.
